1. Services Description

LedgerHound provides blockchain forensic investigation services, automated wallet analysis reports, and free blockchain exploration tools. We are a forensic intelligence firm, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice or legal representation.

2. Payment Terms

Automated Wallet Reports ($49) are charged at the time of purchase via Stripe. Reports are non-refundable once generation has begun, as the service is performed immediately upon payment.

Custom forensic investigations require 50% payment upfront and 50% upon delivery of the final report. Payment terms are outlined in the engagement agreement.

3. No Guarantee of Recovery

LedgerHound provides blockchain intelligence and forensic analysis. We do not guarantee the recovery of any cryptocurrency or funds. Tracing identifies where funds went — recovery requires legal action beyond our scope.

Past case outcomes described on our website do not guarantee future results. Each case is unique and outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Conduct illegal activities
• Harass or stalk individuals
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our tools
• Use automated scripts to abuse our free tools
• Resell reports without authorization

5. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, tools, and branding on ledgerhound.vip are the property of USPROJECT LLC. Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal or legal use only.

6. Limitation of Liability

USPROJECT LLC's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Automated reports are generated by software and should not be used as the sole basis for legal action. For court-ready evidence, a certified forensic investigation is recommended.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless USPROJECT LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
